My "Why"
I learned how to craft a more fulfilling life for myself when everything I once knew changed.

I had spent years following a corporate career path: graduating from MIT and Harvard Business School, rising to Senior Manager at Bain & Company, and leading teams at Silicon Valley startups. Through it all, I navigated burnout, postpartum, and more. It was an aggressive cancer diagnosis, however, that changed me forever. Chemotherapy may age the body, but it also matures the mind. My cancer journey transformed how I think about uncertainty and change, and it taught me how to move through hard situations with intention and meaning in all aspects of life.
Now, I want to share those learnings with others.​ As a professional speaker, I have the opportunity to reach the masses, sharing the evidence-based, actionable insights deconstructed from my lived experiences with audiences spanning Fortune 100 companies to premier health systems and universities. While speaking engagements provide breadth of impact, coaching provides depth. Serving as an executive coach allows me to make an even deeper impact, guiding clients through change and empowering them to craft their own fulfilling life.​
